  I went in because I was having an issue with my phone being hacked. The associate really wasn't much help. Unfortunately the new phone got hacked as well because it was being done by someone I knew.

  Kristen Crounse is an associate that on more than one occasion has provided more than excellent customer service. She demonstrates leadership qualities when working with team members, is competent able to multitask, extremely knowledgeable with products, services, and her ability to integrate these aspects into customer service and sales with guest, employees in store or via phone is impressive.
  MetroPCS should consider opening positions in areas of this business where all her talents can continue to grow, serving the company and all those that come in contact with her. A great shoutout to Kristen and a 5 star rating

  Cheyenne was amazing! She helped us get my phone reactivated and helped us save money at the same time. She was so sweet.

  I have had my service with Metro PCS for over two years and couldn't be happier. Anthony was extremely courteous and helpful. I have no plans to change services. Thank you!
