Heather knows her products thoroughly, and gives good advice on the selection and use of hearing aids. Not only that, she took the time to discuss my specific needs and requirements I have some of the difficult hearing situations ranging from playing in a band to dealing with my noisy parrot. He let us pick what we liked with no pressure and was very helpful when telling us our options as far as customization went. Honestly, the experience was a lot better than either of us were preparing for. We found rings we liked and decided to just buy them because the service we received was top notch and the jewelery was well-priced for our budget.
