Would like to see more 1/10 scale crawler accessories and upgrade parts. The store manager and other employees are always friendly and never seem concerned with my 2 yr old daughter rifling through everything. When it came time to add my sister onto my line, he offered the Valentine’s Day deal when Straight talk wouldn’t unlock her phone. The Valentine’s Day deal is a free iPhone XS, And he helped her setting it up and Ensuring everything was 100% correct. Andy has gotten to know me and I can be a difficult customer because I do not understand some things. Andy will take the extra time to explain everything out to me and ensures I leave happy. Andy also has a wealth of knowledge and if he doesn’t know an answer to a question, then he will lean on one of those more experienced coworkers and ensure I get the right answer.
