Trek Bicycle Store Coconut Creek

This store is actually in Coral Springs. Coconut Creek does not exist on the west side of SR-7.

Great bike shop and friendly staff though.

I had a really good experience. I had bent my bike rims and had to get a new rim. All the workers here are super friendly and take time to talk to you despite how busy they are. They really care about the job here and made the customer experience really good. They helped me to fix my bike and were really cool about it all and would do anything to help the customer experience go well. I would definitely go back if I had a problem with my bike.

Great store. I purchased my bike here a yr ago. Then brought it for maintenance. Store manager Vinny was great, very communicative and prompt. My brakes were shot so he not only fought to get them replaced under warranty, but found a pair at a close by store so I wouldn’t have to wait 2 weeks for them and got my bike back in 2 days. Thank you to everyone there.

One of the more positive experiences I’ve had in a retail shop in some time. The manager, Vinny, I believe, took the time out of his busy morning to explain and educate rather then just sell. A positive experience!

So I went to Trek Bicycle Store in Coconut Creek this morning to have a couple of new tires put on my bike. WOW, what a great experience!!. First I got there a few minutes early (maybe 5 mins) and they opened the door, and let me in. Doesn't sound like a big deal but have you ever waited for a store to open and waited outside as if there was a countdown clock? Not here. Then I walked in with my own tires and tubes and they were just as happy to use mine. Every other store I went to would tell me the brand I bought wasn't good in an effort to sell me an overpriced set of tires that I didn't need. They did point out that the tubes I bought had a different valve on it and that it was fine to use but I would need to buy an adapter for my air pump. So i bought two tubes from them. They were so professional and happy. What great experience to go into a store, spend money and actually feel appreciated as a customer. That doesn't happen very often. My bike is not new and far from being anything special but they complimented the bike and made me feel like I was important to them and by doing so they earned a customer for life. I wish there were 10 stars because they earned every one of them. Thank you Trek Bicycle shop for such a wonderful experience!
