  Customer service is exceptional and all times I'm there to service my vehicle. I trade in my vehicle recently, and the sales person Louis was great. Vice president Craig Tasso was beyond awesome. Al Hendrickson Toyota has great people like these gentlemen on their team. I must mention Jake also, He worked diligently to get me a good rate on my new vehicle. Thank you gentlemen!!! You're all awesome.

  My experience was wonderful. I had been to Al Hendrickson a few other times and always left disappointed but 1/25/19 that changed. I had big doubts that I was leaving with a car but I am currently driving a 2019 Toyota Camry SE Black which I picked out. I explained to my Sales Person Lorence that my Uncle funeral was the next day and that I was very busy and did not have time to sit at the dealership all day long just to be told No. He did not make any promises but said he would do what he could do. I came prepared with the necessary paper work so we didn't have to go far. I had already told JR over the phone if it is nothing you can do tell me now before I waste my time he told me to come. It was very painless. I picked out the car, test drove, and drove home in that car. I would recommend Al Hendrickson to everyone. I love that I have a lease because that means in a few years I will be back for some great service. THANK YOU!!!!! A very happy customer.

  I referred my co worker to Dimitry who sold me a car a few months ago. He was absolutely amazing! He was not pushy and took the time to explain the difference between both the Corolla and the Camry. She ended up purchasing the same car as mine and loves her Camry. We will definitely refer him to anyone who needs a car.

  I had a magical experience a few weeks ago at Al Hendrickson Toyota!
  
  Every staff member, from my first step onto the lot was friendly, courteous, and non "sales-y." Good vibes all around. Marcus, the sales manager, was super friendly, took his time to listen, and matched me up with a great salesman--Jerry.
  Jerry looks young, but is well versed in the features, functions, and all things Toyota. He helped me find the perfect car, in an upgraded color, right on the lot.
  As a woman looking for a new car, I was prepared for the sadly typical nonsense from a creepy/patronizing/up-charging salesman. This was not at all the case. I got a fair price, an overall great deal, and I didn't feel like I was being "sold" too. Way easier and more pleasant than I could have imagined. I drove off the lot in my sweet ride that day.

  Johnny Alexandre my salesperson was really great . He took great care of me and I felt comfortable with my purchase. Jenna is a diamond she is master At getting you financed she offered gap and warranties that served me well . She was friendly and personable.. in fact the entire staff including the sales manager and everyone in finance was awesome. I love my 2018 Chrysler 300. They made buying easy.. purchased on 12/27/18.
