This is a great community to live in . make sure you see the apartment that you will move into not just the demo. any issues that you have they will try to make accommodations. there are a lot of dogs here witch is a plus and a dog park is coming soon.
As for the internal aspect the inside is nice and quit welcoming. there is a monthly maintenance that the management comes in and makes sure everything is working , they let you know ahead of time and will cater to your needs if any. -

(November 14, 2018, 8:43 pm)I recently moved from NC and I would like to mention that my experience At Blue Isle has been nothing but amazing. I called and was able to get all my questions answered and also made an appointment to come see the 1 bedroom apt. The office smells nice and they bake cookies every day. Their coffee is unreal - the best espresso and it’s free. My leasing consultant was nice and made me feel that she cared to actually help me. I would recommend Blue Isle to anyone. The one thing that made me come back was the fact that they have a late night ... which is Wednesday they close at 7pm. Works for me because I don’t leave work until 6pm.

(August 6, 2018, 8:06 pm)I would like to thank the team at Blue Isle for the quick response to all my maintenance requests. I do think that Blue Isle has made a turn for the best. I have met the new Manager. She has a pleasant attitude and personality. I had a difficult situation and she was able to handle it with utmost professionalism. That is what good example sets - everyone in the office is always willing to help and Maintenence team is always smiling. I am happy to live here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to move.
