Lorene looked over the record and immediately recognized the issue and got the problem resolved. There would have been no way this would have been resolved had I not got someone of her caliper and knowledge of title law. If you EVER deal with a transfer of title or sell any real estate make sure you take the contract to Lorene first, same goes for any recorded deed of property where you have anything to do with realestste and there's big money involved. She also helped us weed through shark investor contracts before liquidating some of the realestste, advising us which contracts were in our best interest. Her title company law firm is second to none and they will treat you like family. I have used Lorene Seeler Young for all my realestste needs and I have always been well taken care of.
