(February 9, 2019, 5:06 pm)I had a problem with noise in my car when I was driving and went to the dealer to get it fixed. They did not fix it several hundred dollars later. I came to this tires plus and they found two issues that were missed and fixed the problem. Everyone there was nice and explained the issues and charged a fair price for the work. When I got back into my car it was driving like new. Would recommend calling ahead, they do get busy.

I have been using Pep Boys since they're closest to the house at 5:55 pm the manager couldn't get it done tonight with a shrug of the shoulders.... a guy sitting in the Firestone garage next door playing on the phone at 6:04 pm said not tonight with an academy award performance and Ryan at Tires plus said c'mon in .... like a days of thunder pit crew got me in and out in 12 mins ... I am now a Tires plus guy and will share this broken down side of a road story every chance I can.... great manager and mechanic took care of me.... Kia should put spare tires in their cars and leave families in the way of danger ...the little inflation device is a joke of Kia drivers
