(November 7, 2017, 4:23 pm)Truly a great gym. Owners Steph and Josh has managed to create a great atmosphere here where you feel welcome right from the beginning. I started here a few months after moving from to Florida from another country and the people here were very welcoming.
All coaches are strict on form and making sure you don’t get any injuries. The gym also has different programs/challenges from time to time if you want to lose weight etc.
Finally, they often do social events initiated by either the gym or the members, so it is easy to get to know people if this is what you want.
All in all, it’s a gym you actually want to go to. -

I was initally very nervous about joining a crossfit gym since I had never done it before, just worked out at home for years. I finally worked up the courage and scheduled my no sweat intro with Stephanie. After my first workout I was hooked! The coaches always explain the workouts and individual moves before we start so I never feel left out or lost. The coaches are all friendly and have made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend this place for beginners or experts alike.
