So far so good. The staff was really nice when I called to make an appointment. They were prompt in returning my calls and answered all of my questions. My experience with the staff and Dr in person was also great. The Dr was very caring and knowledgeable. Definitely worth giving them a try. I was happy they didn't try to just fill a bunch of prescriptions and not offer actual pain management solutions.

Dr. Pohlman, PA Mallory, and the reception girls are like family. They have treated me with respect, kindness, and empathy. The appointments are quick, even if you’re getting a procedure done. I never wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting room. They are professional and attentive. I have recommended this pain management doctor to a lot of people. Dr. Pohlman is very easy to talk to. He isn’t your average egotistical god complex doctor. He is very humble, sits down and listens to your needs, questions, and concerns. He also offers other options besides pain medication, such as physical therapy, injections, and medical marijuana. I love this place and will never go anywhere else!

My son has been a patient of Dr. Pohlman for several years now. We have watched him and his office grow quickly. He is a very talented man who is going places. The staff is out of this world. They are like a well oiled machine. They are very helpful to the doctor and the patients.
We highly recommend you go in and meet them all. You won't leave.

So far, it has been as good as I can expect pain management to go for me and my situation. I am like many who get anxiety just thinking about doctor visits and I would rather avoid them altogether. But..that's not feasible.🏃‍♀️The staff and Dr. Pohlman are always very pleasant, professional and compassionate which alleviates my dread! All the ladies that I come across with that work at the front desk and I come across every single one of them have bring tears to my eyes I mean tears of joy!! I was in so much pain and they did everything in there power to make me feel better.
They even help me to my car,push me in wheelchair and lift my foot because I was feeling pain in my right leg.
When I say they went above and beyond
They show me so much love and concern about my well being.
