  I didn't know where to begin in the search for an assisted living facility for my 93 year old grandmother. I am so grateful that Hillary Nadelman helped me with this huge task. Hillary not only wanted to learn and meet my grandmother, but also cared about how I was handling this stressful time period. She provided me with outstanding service, is extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone needing guidance with the placement of an aging loved one.   Nancy and I would again like to extend our thanks to you for all the time, effort, and caring that you put into my brother, Daniel's care (as you like to call him).
  
  When I called your agency that day, I had talked to someone else at a different agency before you returned my phone call. When I spoke with you, I felt you were truthful, honest and that I could trust you - that was my gut feeling. It was difficult because I was in New York and you were in Florida. You said to me that you would go to Daniel's home and interview him, and then take him to a few places so he could look them over and have lunch to check out the food, and then he could make his choice. There was never any pressure in our conversations, only caring and concern for Daniel's well being.
  
  When we met you in Florida to take care of all the financial, legal and real estate business, you contacted competent and professional people to guide us every step of the way.
  
  We feel like we made a friend and advocate who will continue to keep an eye on Daniel even though we are coming to a close with all our affairs.
  
  Be certain that when we come to Florida to visit with Daniel, we will always call you to see how you and Lisa are doing. We are eternally grateful to Dan Miller, Marshall Platt, and Ann Meyerson and John (whom we are still working with regarding Daniel's home). Also, to Alex (flippers) for their recommendations about Daniel's home.

  Incredible "Free" service with such knowledge of the Senior Living communities in Florida. Found out about Arnie Cowan and his company "Sunshine Senior Placement" online from my sister in Canada who made contact with him and discussed the need to place my father into Assisted Living. This had been impossible for us the children to do but Arnie took on the task with zeal. He assessed my Dad in his home and spoke to him about the benefits of living with other people just like himself and where he would get the nursing care, quality meals and nutrition, and activities and socialization he had deprived himself for many years after his wife had passed. He took my Dad to see some Assisted Living communities nearby and patiently won him over. My sister and I were absolutely amazed at Arnie's skill set in dealing with seniors. In fact, the community my Dad chose was one that Arnie had been the Executive Director in prior years and knew it would be the perfect match for Dad. Arnie made arrangements for my Dad to see his doctor to get evaluated and forms completed for the Assisted Living. He also arranged for the mover to come and pack up my Dad's belongings and furniture which was done so in a professional and courteous fashion. Everybody Arnie surrounds himself with are fantastic professionals who make this transition from home to a senior community seamless. Arnie also recommended another professional resource to review my Dad's remaining estate and set him up for future Medicaid benefits and Veterans Aid & Attendance benefits. This whole process took only two weeks and Dad moved successfully today into his new Assisted Living home. We are indebted to what Arnie accomplished and he did it with such enthusiasm and skill and "FREE". Who wouldn't want to use this service if you needed a family member or parent to transition from a bad situation at home to a good situation in a senior living community.
