    The Avenue has exceeded all of my expectations. I am a new tenant and I have experienced nothing but great customer service. Gina in the leasing office made our tranisition into the neighborhood so easy. She is professional, funny and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everything is perfect. If you’re not sure about moving here just stop in and ask her to show you around. It’s totally worth it. The amenities and the grounds are kept up really well. One of the maintenance guys, Marcelo, is always making sure that our unit’s appliances are running smoothly. The Avenue is a great option and the staff are all very friendly!

    AMAZING STAFF! The leasing staff, managers, and maintenance really take care of you. Not only are they sweet, but super helpful and accommodating. Really enjoy living here :) Beautiful Amenities!

    I've had a pretty good experience so far. Being near the highway is tough but inside the apartment itself is quiet. Amenities are really great! Maintenance staff is AMAZING

    The community is beautiful and the staff are friendly and responsive. Unfortunately there are a lot of dog owners that do not pick up after their dog and can ruin the exterior of the apts. Also not too happy with the valet trash service they offer here (pick up Sun-Thurs).My apt is facing 595 and I do not hear the highway. Overall, nice and quiet community.
