  I work for Ashley/City Furniture and my experience today with the delivery team was amazing. And I’m not just saying that because I work here, they gave me a window the night before, and the morning of delivery, everything was in great shape! The bag for the comforter set was torn, but I guess that happened during transit. Apart from that delivery was perfect and the guys gave me plenty of heads up!

  Today we went to buy my bedroom set at Ashley furniture, first because the quality of their items have no comparison, I had bought other sets, living rooms etc and they have last decades in perfect conditions
  Not only that the customer service they provide was magnificent, they were not harassing us in order to do the sale, the person who help ups David Mai was beyond helpful, super educated and nice overall David make sure that the whole experience were easy, friendly and perfect.
  I highly recommend this furniture store not only for their quality but their excellent service and if you had the opportunity ask for David and you will see why it’s amazing buying there with the help of him.

  Ernesto at Ashley Furniture store is the best! He’s very kind, patient and knowledgeable. My fiancé and I were with him for over 2 hours in search for a couch and dresser for our new home. He was very attentive to our wants and needs and made furniture shopping a breeze. We can’t thank him enough! Excellent and commendable service!

  Tiphany was extremely patient and helpful!! And answered all of my questions. She helped me find furniture for my entire apartment and gave really great suggestions. She was so nice and it made the experience so enjoyable. She was wonderful!!!

  Love the sofa. Salesman Don Williams was a great help. No pressure, I recommend him to help in all furniture needs. Sale went smooth as well as delivery. I enjoyed my experience with Ashley furniture Store Pembroke Pines FL
