F45 Training Davie FL

Only my second class with my girlfriend at F45 and I have to say John has been my favorite coach so far! I joined him for Wingman and when I walked in and saw him in a Top Gun jumpsuit, I knew this was going to be a great workout. The atmosphere was great, instructions were clear and concise, and John made sure to form check anyone and everyone all by himself! Thank you John from F45 in Davie for a great experience. I’ll be back and I’ll be looking for John.

I went to this F45 while I was down in south Florida for the weekend. When my boyfriend and I went in we were greeted by the lead trainer, John. I just can’t say enough. His energy, his jumpsuit, his music choices, his constant motivation throughout the workout, and his ability to make that room his own for 45 minutes had me in shock. I wished I lived here just so I could go back and take more of his classes. The studio is beautiful and the workout was exactly what I am looking for in my strength training regimen. Thank you John and thank you F45 for a great Sunday workout.

Over the years, I’ve done Crossfit, Orange Theory, and personal trainers. I’m stating with confidence that my F45 experience so far has been superior to all. Crossfit was great until I turned 35 and started to get hurt. Orange theory is plain boring. It was a drag to go to the class to run and row for 20 min each. Also, you just felt miserable during the exercise. With personal trainers, you are stuck with an inflexible schedule. So, I had a few friends recommend F45, so I decided to give it a try and cancelled my personal trainer.

With F45 you are doing 35-45 second intervals continuously for 40 minutes or so, switching stations after 2-4 repetitions. The way the stations are designed you don’t overwork the same muscle so you are not completely destroyed until closer to the end of the class. I feel time just flying by. Before I know it the class is over and I’m drenched. I just started 2 weeks ago, but will post an update in 3 months with any changes to my review.

The Davie location is perfectly located for me. The coaches are attentive. I’ve been in classes with Ryan and John. Both are great, constantly pacing around the class and making corrections. Ryan is definitely more vocal and motivating, but perhaps that’s because the classes I had with him are more cardio focused. Either way, they are both excellent.

Looking forward to continuing my experience and highly recommend to others.

My husband and I started about three weeks ago. I can’t stress enough how much we love going. The instructors are motivational and knowledgeable! The diversity of the work out each day is great and we always walk out feeling accomplished!! Totally different from going to a regular gym. The workout is pre set up for you so all you have to do is show up!

I tried many ways to get motivated and loose weight. F45 Davie has giving me the space the motivation and friendship to start a new journey in my life. From day one, I felt welcome and encouraged to get better everyday. You just have to show up one day at a time. Environment is awesome and coaches are the best, always looking out for you. Come is and try it for a week, that's all it takes for you to get hooked.
