“I used to travel to Taft Street to take my mom for office visits to see Dr. Issa, then he moved to Margate and we followed him there. Shortly after he opened the practice in Plantation which is closer to home so we now go to that location. Dr. Issa genuinely cares about his patients, he is very knowledgeable and efficient. Having said this, I have one concern/frustration, it all comes down to customer service. The staff needs to be trained in that area. If the doctor is running behind the front desk staff needs to let the patients coming in know that because every one’s time is valuable. This makes a world of difference that way one has the choice or waiting or rescheduling. Aside from that, for me, they get 4 out of 5 stars. My mom feels very comfortable with Dr. Issa – Super human being.”

“When I walked in and was greeted by a very professional caring person. She heard how I was breathing and immediately ask me if I was okay and handed me a breathable new mask. Gave me the application to fill. Did not wait long to be seen, the person who escorted us in was very courteous. I was shown into a room and the nurse came in almost immediately and started taking my blood pressure and then proceeded to ask me why I was there. She very professionally explained to me that the doctor will come in to see and will help me resolve my chronic anxiety. When the doctor arrived and greeted me, asked me several questions and very very professional went and explained how he will help me and told me that medication that I used was a control substance and they could not prescribed it to me but give me 3 days supply so it would help to get to see my doctor. Baptist has always been an excellent, professional group.”

“I came in today after I noticed my oil light came on and concerned with some gurgling sounds coming from my car. After walking in the store, Dayjon immediately welcomed me and asked if I would need help. Knowing nothing about cars I was perplexed with everything and what oil I would need. He quickly reassured me and helped me with the type of oil I needed. He was very kind and knowledgeable about what I needed to get done and suggested that I get a complete oil change as filling it up wouldn’t help with the troubles I was experiencing. Thank you Dayjon for being very helpful and understanding with my lack of knowledge on cars and maintenance! Wonderful service here!”

I’ve been going there for years and my experience is always the same: Dr G and everyone there are super friendly, he is very thorough, takes his time explaining things, answering all my questions and is very open to listening to his patients (which many Drs are not. I consider that a big negative. Just because you don’t have an MD after your name, doesn’t mean you’re not capable of having an educated conversation about your condition). I’ve never had a problem calling the office for a refill or last minute appointment. They’re very accommodating, professional and always return calls in a timely manner. In some Dr’s offices you feel it would be easier to talk to the president than to get a call back!”

“My entire family (adults & children) have been seeing Dr. Sood for years now. Hands down, the most informed and well-mannered physician I've ever been to. This doctor is one of the few left who actually takes the time (like 20-30 min if need be) to make sure you understand exactly what is wrong with you and exactly what you need to do in order to get better. I've seen some complaints that he speaks very fast and too much. Well, if you retain even 10% of what Dr. Sood is telling you, that's 90% more than any other doctor will tell you. And he will repeat himself if need be until you thoroughly understand everything. They don't exist like this anymore. It's like going to the doctor in the 70's or 80's when they actually cared. I highly advise seeing Dr. Sood for anything bothering you. This man is a genius when it comes to medicine, and he takes his time with you. What more can you ask for in a doctor! Go see Dr. Sood, and make him your family's go to urgent care doctor. And by the way, his facility is spotless. He also has a pharmacy integrated into his practice so you leave with all the medications you need - no need to go to the pharmacy afterwards and wait. Finally, the wait is usually no more than 20-40 minutes to see him. Highly recommend!”

Although I never realized what was happening, significant hearing loss was detected in one ear. The Doctor's exam followed by an explanation of what was happening inside my ear was quite enlightening. Even the front desk assistant was so helpful in providing the info and explanation I needed in order to get a hearing aid. I feel fortunate that all has fallen into place in order to take care of my hearing.
