  They’re always on time , Very respectful and professional. The gentleman who came to do the service today , unfortunately forgot his name but he was so nice and extremely informative and went out of his way to cover all bases . So thank you for your service it’s rare now and days to find people like that .

  I love using this company. I have not had any and a roach infestation’s since we started with them. We did have a little time where some ants kept coming but they came consistently once a week until the problem went away each of the service techs are very nice and very knowledgeable. I’m very happy with this company

  I've used Aptive for a little over a year now. I've had a few issues with them coming by to do my treatments when I was not home and only certain areas would get treated because of a locked gate. I addressed my issues with Aptive and today the best technician came to do my treatment. He called before he came. He was extremely polite and addresses all my issues. I was honestly getting ready to cancel my service until the technician today went out of his was to make sure I was satisfied with their service.

  Love the service and workers that come and spray. They are all polite and professional. Get the job done quickly. Haven’t seen any insects since I started with this company. I am very pleased! Laura

  My service was performed on 12/28. He was great. He explained the service and was very detailed with the service. He was very professional and polite. He show up on time and was easy to deal with. Great Job. If everyone with this company is this way they provide excellent customer service.
