  Because of the holidays my return on on a sale/clearance item was beyond the 5 day limit.
  After a quick explanation the manager on duty came to the return desk and accepted my return with a full refund.
  Very good customer service and communication.
  Nice new store and the staff seems better trained than at some of the legacy stores.

  Eydie with customer relations is amazing. We had an issue with our purchase. She investigated accordingly and rectified it immediately. Very happy with price, delivery and customer service. Highly recommend purchasing their installation service for any electronics, so you have the best experience. Will continue to shop BrandSmart.

  This review is specifically written to commend the outstanding staff and service technician of your Service team . Our refrigerator needed to be serviced and an appointment was made. The day before the appointment I was told that a technician would come out sometime between 1 pm and 6 pm. The next day I called and was transferred to Ada/ Ada listened to my concerns that sitting at home for five hours was a burden given my scheduled activities for the day/ She put me on hold and called the local dispatcher Pelfia. Pelfia assured us that she would pass the message on to the technician Linton. Not only did I get a call within the hour that Linton was on his way, but also he repaired the problem to my complete satisfaction ! Thank you service team!!!
