Love this calisthenics beach just need to upgrade the equipment like south beach but smaller poles! Also must add a pole on the beach....come on fort Lauderdale I have faith in you!
Workout right on the beach, this is a great location, and there are some pretty good equipment for pull-ups, chin-ups, dips, and other bodyweight training exercises. And the beach is great for some hiit sprint intervals. You can get a really good workout session in here. Come visit it yourself.
Definitely one of the best spots for calisthenics
As someone who does all of his pullups inside at the gym or in my bedroom, was a dream to do it outside on the beach, in an urban environment. Jealous this isn't my daily workout place.
Calisthenics inside Fort Lauderdale beach park Florida. There are many local calisthenic athletes, that go to the park to work out almost every day. The people there are extremely nice and even helpful at times with advice if I asked. our 500 parking spaces, if you can try to use PayByPhone so that you notified if your time is running out. Then you don’t have to go back to your car, to add more time so you don’t get a ticket. They do check very regularly cars, to make sure that everyone is in compliance. There are bathrooms at the park in the middle of the parking lot. It’s a great atmosphere of healthy living, including basketball courts, kite boarding, volleyball, and of course wonderful people watching along with the brick Promenade. That runs the entire length of the beach not just at this park but all the way down past Sunrise Blvd., North.
