  I wish I could leave 10 stars instead of just 5. Guillermo has completely changed my life! I went to see him for severe panic attacks and with his help I was able to get over my phobia. He is truly a master at what he does. I would recommend Guillermo if you need help with getting over any types of phobia's or if you're just trying to figure out your life plan.

  Therapy with Guillermo improved my quality of life tremendously. All of a sudden, I faced extreme stress and anxiety in my life to a point that was debilitating. I was barely able to function. I tried conventional therapy (psychiatrists), which did absolutely nothing for me. Medication did nothing for me as well besides making me physically sick. Then, a friend recommended hypnotherapy and I basically found Guillermo on the internet. I was very skeptical at first, because of my prior experience with therapists, and because Guillermo’s therapy is very unorthodox compared to conventional therapy. In the beginning I would not have been able to describe his methods. It is much more than hypnotherapy. It felt ‘right’, and it turned out to be one of the best things I have ever done for myself. You have to be a little bit patient though. It is not an overnight fix, but well worth it. Guillermo is caring, compassionate, intelligent, and absolutely loves his work.

  Guillermo is undoubtedly the best. He will not only help you change your perspective, but also expand it, increase your understanding, and help you find your real self. As pythagoras once said “know thyself and thou shall know all the mysteries of the universe”. An incredible experience. I would advice everyone to come talk to him.

  Firstly I should mention that used to suffer from anxiety and depression and this is why I was looking for a professional help. I found Gill by a coincidence, although nothing is really coincidence, is it?...I was not sure what to expect, I have never tried hypnotherapy in my life before. At the beginning I found this therapy quite unusual but after several sessions I could see major results. I became more independent, confident and my anxiety was slowly going away...
  It was not until this year when my life dramatically changed and I got to realized that everything what Gill told me in his first therapy session proved to be the truth. I was in shock. There were reasons why I used to suffer from anxiety and he could immediately figure it out. Only I was too stubborn and the truth was too painful to accept so it took me almost two years. I have made many positive changes and it has been a huge transformation for me.
  I have no doubts in Gill , he is a great life coach and psychologist. He will help you, if you let him! It only takes trust and a little bit of patience from your side. Good luck to you!!

  Excellent! What more need I say? For the last 5 years I have suffered from insomnia because of chronic nerve pain. I have tried painkillers, sleeping tablets, herbal remedies, aromatherapy, acupuncture and even paid through the nose for sessions with a local hypnotherapist. The result? Nothing! No change! No sleep! Then I discovered Alternative Realization. Now, I'm delighted to say that my "sleep pattern" is slowly improving. I simply cannot believe my good luck. Moreover, it's so SIMPLE and INEXPENSIVE, yet IT WORKS. If you don't believe me, try it for yourself and you'll soon be convinced.
