  Cuisine is sublime, selections are aplenty, and the staff is very respectful. The filet mignon is done just right. The mushrooms are sauteed to perfection and their mash is to die for. Great wine selection too and desserts....salivating especially their strawberries and cream. Absolutely will go back again.

  I had about two years, I did not stop by The Capital Grilled and I have to say that today I left the restaurant wanting to return tomorrow for dinner. I want to thank the lovely Aundrea, outstanding! from the moment we walk in, to the suggestions and the impeccable service of the staff. This is what it makes this place extraordinary! Thanks also to Mr John! Please do not forget to try the lobster bisque, the swordfish and the delicious crab salad; incredible!

  My wife and I love going to the Capital Grille in DC. We spend a lot of time traveling and had not been to the Capital Grille in about four years, I should also mention we live on the eastern shore of Maryland and its about 65 Miles, but we have always thought their calamari to be the best anywhere. This time it seemed even better than before. We also had the French Onion Soup- don’t think you find any better,any where. Alicia,our bartender/waitress- she should teach! Very pleasant and very professional, made our visit extra special.

  We had the absolute best meal and service. I have never eaten there before. It was for special occasion, I was givin a rose, after our meal 2 complementary glasses of Champagne. Also 2 wonderful desserts. Our waiter was Mr. Dias, great wait staff!!!

  OH MY GOODNESS! This place is to die for! Your bartender, Melissa, is absolutely amazing! She is on point. She is super professional, but makes you feel right at home! I've been here before but the other bartenders shake the drinks that shouldn't be shook. However, Melissa knows how to make a drink! She was absolutely delightful and makes the experience totally worth it! Thank you Melissa. Merry Christmas!
