  I this has been one of the best experiences I did my research I thought online but nothing like the knowledge Austin and Mary have at Pedego in Fort Lauderdale
  super nice, no pressure very knowledgable. Great customer service. nice store. they have everything you need. all models does a great experience I can't wait to take it for a ride in a little while.

  This is the first time I rent electric bike although I have been biking since I was 5. Mary just wanted to make sure I feel comfortable and enjoy the riding. She spent a good amount of time with me for all the tricks and tips that really applied to my rides in the rest of the day. They deliver and pick up the bike where I was. That was the best experience I had in FT Lauderdale. I even went back the following day to rent a few hours, and they gave free 1 hour. Mary's son Austin was just as nice as she is when I went in second time. I have to say: if you travel in FT Lauderdale, you must rent one of Mary's electric bike. It takes you to the places where it's too far to walk, too jam to drive. You pedal when you feel work out and you speed up when you feel to pick up the ocean breeze.........

  I was a very easy sell as I had done my research and knew that Pedego was the brand I wanted. I just didn't know what model. Austin explained the differences among the models and was very helpful in narrowing down my search. I decided on the Platinum Interceptor and couldn't be happier with it. The pedal assist is wonderful, especially at my age, and gives you as much or as little assist as you want. Or don't pedal and go full electric. I had some minor tweaking that I had to do a couple of weeks after the sale. Austin and Mary got right on it and I was in and out the door in no time. They are really a pleasure to work with and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.
