The stretches they've made me do have helped a lot with the pain and my posture. I definitely recommend everyone to go at least once.

I spend hours every day sitting for work so my hips and lower back need a lot of attention. The price I pay here to feel comfortable for my wellness thanks to these stretches are worth it. It's great especially after hitting the gym.
