I am a successful small business owner in Fort Lauderdale and I strive for professionalism and excellence in customer care. Paoli Allstate went WAY above and beyond my expectations when I had a terrible car accident. I was rear ended by a drunk driver going 50 mph and he sped away and was never caught. When I called the Paoli office directly they not only went into crisis control for me but Lisa Paoli herself literally showed up in person to help me and guide me through the logistics of how to handle this terrible incident. I was so distraught and confused, she not only put my mind at ease but she extended her heart and spirit to help heal me. What an Angel sent for me!!!
