Blu on Marina Boulevard Apartments

I've just lived here but it's like I'm already in the family! Everything perfect, cordiality, kindness, impeccable professionalism on the part of all the staff as well as kindness and affability on the part of all the neighbors! Moreover, the place is equipped with all the various and possible comforts! It is not noisy, there is tranquility and for anything, I just mention it in the lobby and immediately even the least serious problem is solved instantly! 100/100!

I recently moved into Blue on Marina Blvd from out of state and I love this place. The staff and residents are very friendly. The manager Jessica is extremely helpful and patient. Maintenance is prompt. They throw fun community events and is an overall well kept property.

I was being relocated for work and was searching for places in Fort Lauderdale when my wife came across Blu. We have signed the lease are moving there in two weeks. I must say that Alex Pagán, the leasing agent that we have dealt with, from the first phone call to the final signing of documents has been amazing. He has answered all of my 2 million questions. His attitude is always positive and happy, and he gives excellent advice and suggestions. We can’t wait to move in!

When I was frantically looking for a place to live when I moved to Florida, I had a long list of things I required for the place I was going to call my home. From the time I met Rene on that first walkthrough of Blu, and saw the community, I made the decision that this was going to be the place I wanted to live.

The staff are nice and professional. Any service request I put in is dealt with in a timely manner (usually within a day or two). Hudson and Phil are especially top notch.

The only con is that rent keeps increasing every year, but I guess that’s the con everywhere in Florida :(.
