  I booked an 80 massage and it was heavenly. My therapist was great i told her i had back pain so she gave a therapeutic massage then stretched me. I FEEL GREAT! Im ready for the weekend.

  The entire experience was amazing! The massage I received from David was one of the best! The ambiance and service was great and I will definitely return the next time I vacation in Fort Lauderdale!

  Loved the holistic approach to their massage technique. In addition to being relaxing and pleasant, I loved the organic products used during the massage. Great experience! Will definitely be back for additional services.

  I absolutely love this spa! I visit Miami 3 times a year and every single time I visit I book myself a massage, facial, and a chair at the beach. ♡ I can be a bit picky as to where to go to get pampered and this place has always satisfied my needs and hygienic standards. I have been a loyal client of heed spa for almost 3 years now and I always leave feeling refreshed and taken care of. I love all the organic earthy scented products that they use during the facial and the face massage. The body massage has always been excellent. The pressure is just right. I also loved getting into the sauna for extra detoxing before and after the massage.
  
  In other words... this place is the best out here in south Florida. I highly recommend coming here.
  
  Also the drinks and food at the bar is a plus! No need to drive anywhere to get food. And it's right by the beach. ??
