Miami Eye Institute - Dr. Inna Ozerov

I always find it interesting when reading reviews. Especially when it comes to the medical arena, even more so when a person is in need of and is provided a suggestion. Generally, I have found there to be good and bad reviews mixed in. Obviously I can only speak to you here with regard to my experience with Dr. Ozerov. Dr. Ozerov was suggested to me from my Optometrist , and so right than and there at his office an appointment was booked. My first impression was the office staff was extremely friendly, and the facility well layed out.Always a good sign to me. Prior to even meeting with Dr. O, I was introduced to a variety of tests and exams. Be prepared to be there a bit as you are moved from one room to another that involve testing. I was called into a room where for the first time I met Dr. O. First impression, she was extremely UP BEAT, personable and professional. She took her time in explaining to me every exam that had just been preformed, leaving no stone unturned. Upon her confirmed diagnosis that I was in need of Cataract surgery, I made an appointment for the first of two surgeries. I can say to you that the Dr. I first met ( Dr.Ozerov ) in that initial office visit was the same person who I saw on the day of surgery. Very Upbeat. My surgery was a breeze and I encountered NO post surgical problems. Hope this helps if you are in need of wonderful Ophthalmologist.

Both my mom and I are Dr. Ozerov's patients. I began seeing her last summer. I recently took my mom because she's going to have cataract surgery done. The office staff is quite friendly and helpful. There was a little bit of a wait, but it was not an issue. The tech Harry was extremely nice and humorous, and he was patient and caring with my mom. Dr. Ozerov has excellent bedside manners, is not in a hurry, and takes time not only to listen to the patient but also clarify any doubts. We're both happy with the doctor, her staff, and services. Even if you don't live in Broward, the drive would be worth it.

I have found that the office staff is very punctual in replying to your phone calls or questions. I have also found them to be very pleasant and that the office itself has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. In my opinion, Dr. Ozerov is an outstanding doctor. She has helped me tremendously over the last year or so. I have found her to be very pleasant, helpful, and very knowledgeable in her field. It is a blessing to be one of her patients.

I was happy to find Dr. Ozerov several years ago. She is very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. When the time comes to have eye surgery, I know I will be in good hands. Her staff is pleasant and responsive.

Miami Eye Institute. My experience has been excellent service from my very 1st visit . Caring front desk and all the Technicians staff. Especially Doctor Ozerov. I Thank my Pastor for referring me to you Dr Ozerov you are a blessing from God. You are a wonderful very caring Dr. with the best bedside manor, everything was diagnosed ,explained thoroughly and treated with excellence. I recently had Cataract surgery @M.W. same day surgical treatment center and every one there treated me great care.
