He also gave me some insight on how to know when the battery needed to be replaced and how long I should drive it to make sure it was properly recharged. Very professional, kind and prompt. He made a situation that could have been a challenge, as my vehicle was in a parking garage, very easy and quick to fix. Thank you so much!!
