  Very nice, quiet and clean place. We stayed for one week and enjoyed it very much.

  Came here last year and loved it. They are very helpful and make your stay as nice as possible. Very nice and helpful ppl in office. Can't say enough good things about them

  Nice place, excellent location, pictures are the view from the boardwalk just outside of Sea Downs...
  This area in Hollywood is the best kept secret in South Florida...
  Don't tell too many people, or if people start flooding into this area, it will never be the same again...

  We have been staying at the Sea Downs for 30 years and love it just as much as the first visit so long ago. My parents also vacationed at the Sea Downs beginning in the 80's. The staff is wonderful and make you feel like family. The units are clean, well stocked with utensils, cookware, linens etc. We love the patio and location on the broad walk. Excellent as always and never disappoints! Their other property the Bougainvillea is located right behind the Sea Downs and is also very nice with a quiet and beautiful courtyard. Another option that you will also be very happy with!

  Last minute change from the gulf side. They accommodated us into 2 ocean view rooms for about what we would have spent on the Gulf for one condo. Excellent view of the Atlantic.
