This animal hospital for beyond PHENOMENAL !!! The staff is extraordinary. My dog had emergency knee surgery 2 weeks ago and everyone at the facility was amazing. The liaison is the absolute BEST !! She constantly kept me up to date on the status of my dog. People hospitals can definitely learn a few things from LeadER. -

(February 27, 2019, 12:05 am)Quick response getting our Suzy taken care. She had to stay for a few hours but they let us see she was resting comfortably after the emergency was passed. We greatly appreciated that and felt much more comfortable leaving her there. Expertise with TLC. I'm thankful they were there for us - but it ain't cheap.

(January 16, 2019, 4:12 pm)I want to personally thank DR RUSSELL MILLER and the ladies of the front desk for their kindness, care, and compassion. We brought in our recently adopted stray who'd had puppies 2 days prior. We've never been in this situation and when Momma started twitching, we freaked out!
Dr. Miller sat on the floor with her, checked her out and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He even took the time to tell us how to care for the new Momma and puppies! You can tell he loves what he does and loves your pet.
These Vet ER places are usually very pricey. It's a classic example of supply and demand. They take advantage of the our love for our pets and desperation. But Dr. Miller made sure our bill wasn't driven up by unnecessary testing and meds! And for that we are really appreciative!
In another emergency, I would definitely come back here. The entire front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Thank you ladies for all that you do! -

(January 15, 2019, 2:11 pm)This place was the absolute best! They saved my kid (dog). The front desk, the doctors, the techs, nurses, and the client liaisons were all great! They broke down the cost and gave an estimate range for all the services rendered. The emergency services were exactly what we needed. I feel very blessed that this place is so close to us. I highly highly recommend them.
