“THANK YOU, East Coast Pest Control!! I adopted two precious kittens from a local rescue. Unfortunately I also adopted a family of bionic fleas.... I tried treating these bionic fleas with Advantage and Frontline to no avail... Before I knew it my place was infested and I didn't know what to do. Bob, the owner of East Coast Pest Control explained that the fleas were most likely immune to that particular active ingredient and to try a different active ingredient (tried Vectra and Capstar), and, that coupled with his special formula that he sprayed my place with that kills both fleas and eggs FINALLY did the trick! East Coast Pest Control is a wonderful company - I left a message to make an appointment, they called me back immediately (this type of follow up is next to impossible to find in Miami) and was scheduled a few days later for the bombing. Bob, the owner is a great guy - he followed up a week later to make sure all was OK. Should you encounter any type of pest issues, East Coast Pest Control will come to your rescue!!!! “I was nervous when i took over the pool maintenance because we went through 3 guys not showing up. Not cleaning filter. Couldn't get the pool right when we would have guests.. just annoying. They let us test a vacuum before we bought it and you bring in a little water and they print out what chemicals to add and when. If a product doesn't work or won't work for your pool they don't over sell. We're saving a ton of money. It isn't very time consuming and the pool has never looked better. They were able to recommend someone to fix pool light. Amazing staff. Amazing service. This location in particular is great.”

“I have been putting this off for a while now but let me tell you how amazing the staff is at this store. There's this one person name Carlos C. who doesn't get that much recognition, who is very very helpful, he greeted me like I was at home and very respectful, always saying Miss or Mrs. I unfortunately, came in angry because I was at another metro store at young circle and all I wanted was my phone fix, that employee had a nasty attitude with me but WOW! The staff, everybody is so nice here. On top of fixing my phone, seeing what actually wrong with it, Carlos was able to solve my issue and he know what he was doing! He is so kind to the point that he even offered me water. We had a few laughs, a very nice conversation. After we were done. I left the store EXTREMELY happy and definitely had to write a review for this store and the miracle of a person that is Carlos. If Google had more stars, it'll be a 9/10! If you are going to this store please ask for Carlos! Definitely coming back to this store! P.S I love my new phone! THANK YOU Carlos ❤️”
