    Just got back from here and it was a very nice stay! Vivianne at the front desk was very accommodating and so nice! This is definitely an old motel that needs some work, but small things like new window screens and updated bathrooms, it seems like they might gradually be renovating rooms. Also, the price was very fair and made up for the little things. The furnishings were newer and the wood flooring looked very new. It was spacious with a livingroom, full kitchen and bedroom w plenty of closet space and an ironing board. There are also tables outside each room to sit at and a nice pool.

    It seemed like most of the motel was occupied by "snowbirds" staying for a month to a few months, and it seemed like they stay there every year and knew each other and were all very nice. Housekeeping was also very friendly, though I think you might need to request it if you want daily room service. They did ask us if we needed anything and we said no.

    I would describe this as a "beach bungalow" and it has a fantastic location in the center of Lauderdale by the sea, steps from the beach. Overall very happy with our stay and would return!

    Also it appears to be dog friendly!

    It's affordable and you will get alot living space for the dollar. Nice flat screen TV'S and update refrigerator and microwave. Small kitchen.
