I've never heard of a Public Adjuster before but I'm glad there are people like Mike and the Claim Squad to help homeowners file their claims. I almost filed mine on my own and what a huge mistake that would've been. Unfortunately, a lot of changes have occurred in such a short time with Florida homeowners insurance that ended up effecting my case. My bedroom ceiling collapsed two years ago. I called the insurance company, they said it was not covered. I read my complete policy and called the insurance company back because it was covered. They said I could only get $300.00. I called Mike, and from our first conversation, he was very positive and encouraging. We are pleased with the settlement we received. There are a small amount people or companies I would recommend, but Mike is first on my list
