  My boyfriend and I had the opportunity to live here for 5 months and it was overall a good experience, if if you have any inconvenient with the maintenance of the apt they will take no more than 48 hours to fix it depending on the emergency of the situation, besides that the community is beautiful, I could only say it’s a little bit noisy at night because it’s close to the high way so sometimes noisy motorcycles pass by but that’s once in a while, other than that it is a very nice place to live in. Idryan was the person that got to help us from the very first day we got here and she helped us solve all of our inquiries. For unexpected reasons we have to move now and she also helped us with that too, so all I can say is it is a really nice place to live in, you won’t regret.

  My husband and I have been living in IMT for month now and it's been great thus far. Idrayan has been very helpful since the beginning and ensures that all of our questions or concerns are addressed. I work in property management and can be quite picky and she was very patient and courteous throughout the application process.
  
  Maintenance attends to any issues you may have in your apartment in a timely manner. Overall we have had a great time and look forward to the rest of our time here!

  I wanted to touch on the parking issue. It has been a huge problem here, and the staff is dealing with it! Making for some unhappy guest and tenants. I arrive home late at night some nights, and over 50% of the vehicles do not have stickers. The parking policy is clearly laid out, and guest parking rules have to be followed, or you will be towed. Way to many guest were taking tenants spots, creating a massive headache. This is a tenant created problem, not an IMT problem. It's very simple follow the rules, and you won't be towed. It's that easy, I promise. I applaud the staff for dealing with this, and it is getting better already. Repairs are normally addressed with 48 hours. Some of the tenants have been loud and rude at times, the staff addressed it with them, problem solved. They are dealing with the problems, 99% created by the renters. Follow the rules, which you have a copy of and all will be well. Show some respect to your neighbors. Very professional staff, and very courteous. I had to adjust my viewing several times on a Saturday, and Adrian was super helpful thru the entire process. The community is well maintained, and always look great. It has been a pleasure calling IMT home. Thanks again to the entire team for making my move here from Kentucky a pleasurable one.
