“I have always felt welcomed and greeted immediately when I walk through the door. They are always patient and willing to help when I am on the hunt for my next flavor. I like to pay to sample the flavors. Yes, its a little extra, but I have been in the position where I've paid a nice amount of money and then got stuck with a flavor I hate. Price points on their products are fair although sometimes I feel they are a little on the high end but their liquids speak for themselves. “It was so sweltering this late spring! I needed to call for administration on the grounds that our AC quit cooling. They came that evening and looked at it. The freon was out so they refilled it.
