(June 11, 2019, 9:24 pm)I went into Dunkin Donuts today and ordered a frozen coffee the cashier Krysta S then went to the restroom. Another employee came to ask me had I been waited on I said yes I ordered a frozen coffee then she said the machine was being cleaned I then was looking confused because I had been waiting ten minutes or more, then Krysta came back and says u still here? Then I said why didn't you tell me the machine is being cleaned I would have ordered something else, she said I didn't know but she had a grin(smile) on her face then I got angry because the way she went to the restroom she passed the machine for the frozen coffee. She didn't APOLOGIZE or seem the least concern about the situation. I come in here a lot and this is the first time I have encountered this kind of treatment. I asked for my money back another lady came over I think she was in management but she said nothing just gave me back my money. You know when a customer is upset you don\'t smile that makes it worst. I don\'t want her to serve me anymore, she really needs more training when serving the public. To me she was very rude and had no empathy

(January 7, 2019, 10:55 am)I have mixed feelings about DD; I love the coffee, but hate the food. I love the convenience and perks from the app, but hate how out of sync it is with the many locations I frequent... My #1 preference is a large machiato with skim milk and only 2 pumps of French Vanilla flavor! There's one really important thing, there was an employee at one of the university locations that saw me during a huge breakdown, took me to talk in private, shared her story which really encouraged me, gave me a free dozen and later helped me search door to door for my runaway teen... My DD ANGEL.....
