  The best Pilates experience I’ve had. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and instantly felt like I found “my place.” The studio is immaculate with beautiful and elegant decor. The equipment is top-of-the-line. The instructors have been teaching for many years and will give you the most challenging and effective workouts based on your abilities. The owner, Laura, only hires the best of the best! In private sessions I was able to choose the music, which I found very accommodating. Overall, I’m so ecstatic to have found Laura’s Ultimate Pilates. It’s no wonder that they’ve been open for over 8 years!

  Definitely the best pilates studio in south florida. The front desk receptionist Kaitlyn was very informative and friendly, as well as the owner Laura. She is a highly skilled instructor and keeps the studio nice and tidy. take a class and you won’t regret it! 10/10 recommend.

  This is by far the best group workout in South Florida. It has totally strengthened my core and body like it has NEVER been. The studio is always filled with great energy from the hard working students who always greet each other with a smile and a friendly chat. The owner, Laura, never ceases to amaze me with the diversity and uniqueness of each and every class. She is totally hands on and working with you while at the same time instictly knows when to give us exact instructions on breath and form. The studio itself is always beautifully clean and welcoming. I attend three days a week and I throughly look forward to each and every class.

  Laura's Ultimate Pilates is a fantastic Pilates studio with state of the art equipment, experienced and professional teachers, and has challenging classes for the Pilates students ranging from beginner to advanced. I always feel a great mind and body connection during my classes here, and my body has seen positive changes because of it.
