Grand Palms Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort

Dated Florida hotel. Rooms were clean and neat. Bathroom could have cleaner grout and new tubs. Saw several people going to the golf course. Pool didn't look inviting. My room was not ready at check in but, I was quickly given another room. The lock was a little tricky but, I was able to figure it out.

Great location, good service, basic rooms. The view is a golf course. There is ample parking. The rooms are good motel rooms but the furniture needs dusting and the carpets need cleaning. A night of walking around barefoot will leave your feet black. Look for ample South Florida lizards, frogs, and ducks. A great value in the expensive Miami metro area.

Nice place, Maritza was very nice and helpful. The outside decor is well kept. The room could use a little cooler/fridge to keep water in other than that I would recommend.

Beautiful course and friendly staff.

We played royal/grand as Sabal was backed up due to slow players. The course, and maybe this is just how Florida courses are, was quite flat but provided a good challenge. Tee boxes were in good shape and greens were pretty quick and also in good condition.

Fairways we're pretty well taken care of, nothing major stuck out to me.

Only complaint is that there's no grill or kitchen. The only cooked item is the hot dog, otherwise it's prepacked wraps or sandwiches.

Would definitely come back again.
