  My new favorite medical facility. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants and Mr. Joseph James are above exceptional. One time, very caring, they do not push medications, rather to take tests to dig deeper in why I have pain.
  Waited till I was 58 to find my perfect fit for the exceptional professionals in this office.

  Easy appointment, Friendly Staff, good Follow-up. These are the three things about this clinic. I received treatment like a Family member, as the name says. I never felt any inconvenience in any of my visits.

  I love everyone in this office they're always sweet and kind. Joseph James ARNP is wonderful he listens to you and does all he can to satisfy his patients. I never feel like I'm being rushed.

  I cannot find one bad thing to say about this office.
  The first time I called as a new patient I was able to make an appointment THAT SAME DAY !
  
  *Office: Very nice open and well lit office. Also, the window to reception is always open.. No having to guess if someone on the other side can see you standing through the blurry window. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
  *Waiting time: I once had a doctor who I had an appointment with and still waited in the office HOURS to be seen. Not here ! Longest I've waited was 15 mins, enough time to check emails and social media.
  *Doctors: My primary doctor is Dr Ash, he is wonderful ! First time I went in with a list of things I wanted to talk about, he went over every item with me very patiently. He even once left the room, went to get his phone just to show me an app I can download to help fall asleep (Relaxo, White Noise) I've also met with Dr James once briefly he is also very kind and patient.
  *Facilities: I had to get all this blood work done to test if I was hypoglycemic, mind you the test is like a 5-6 hr process, so I thought "Oh great, now I have to find a LabCorp and sit there all day"... NOPE. They do all the testing onsite without having to go to another office.
  
  Overall, I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone ! I have been waiting my whole adult life to find a doctor that I actually like and can stick with for years.
