  A heartfelt THANK YOU! We don't have enough good things to say about our experience with Austin and the whole Moscoso team. This is a truly a company that cares. For example, Hernan took the time to meet with us multiple times and get to know us even before we were ready to buy. Then in this crazy market, not only did they find us the perfect home, but Austin had our backs through the negotiation and made this experience so wonderful. He was always available and has such a great energy.

  The Moscoso Group is wonderful team.
  I was living in Pembroke Falls and sold my house within 1 and 1/2 months. I think the reason is following.
  Communication b/w the client and Moscoso group is very quick and clear. They are always on the side of client.
  They are very professional. They are trying to help client to get more and proper value for your house. Also their team is well organized. I guarantee that you can trust and depend on this team.
  I definitely recommend the Moscoso Group.

  Austin went above and beyond as my agent aiding me in the purchase of my new home. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Personable, knowledgeable of the market and the homes being viewed, and the whole home buying process. Austin made buying a house fun and took all the stress out of negotiation and dealing with the paperwork.
  The Moscoso group has been paramount in my family as the go-to for real estate, and we have never been disappointed. Their whole team is amazing, and there was never a moment when I felt unsure or intimidated by the process. Their recommendations were spot-on and I got the house I wanted with no trouble at all.
  I am getting ready to move in a week and I have never been happier. I highly recommend Austin for any type of home you are looking for. He will get the job done effortlessly and efficiently while brightening your day in the process.

  Hernan and his family/team are true professionals. They are honest people and would highly recommend them. When selling our home, they always maintain an open line of communication, which made the complex process seamless and straight forward. Additionally, the Moscoso Group are well connected within the real estate community and employ some of the best photographers/drone images and marketing/open houses events that are top notch. This was extremely helpful as they were able to sell our house for more than we expected and in less than a month. Will be keeping their contact info, for when we need to buy another property.
