(November 24, 2020, 4:00 pm)My experience in Dr Berkowitz’s office was really good. The Staff starting from the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. The staff inside was very polite and gave me feedback for the wait. I have to mention that the lady who is in charge of the X-rays was prolific, well spoken and very aware of my condition. Finally the Doctor’s Assistant Ipsen Fondura was very empathetic, and explained to me in detail the steps to take to alleviate the pain. I feel lucky I met this knowledgeable and better than excellent doctor who went above and beyond to treat me. Thank you very much!
