I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! So far I have 4 Build a bears!!! My intention was to take my Cousins/Divas to get Bears for their birthday. They loved it!!! Then next on the list was the Womack Valentine baby/GODDESS for her birthday and when she was building her bear my Mom looked at me and said “Michelle go ahead and pick out a Bear...” and my addiction never stopped!!! Next on the list was my 2 year old granddaughter who built her first build a Bear and she was determined to get her Bear a car but Christmas she will get her Bear when I go back to get her dad/my only child one and use some of the stuffing from his beloved child pet Winnifred a beagle and use some of her dog hear to put inside the Bear like my hubby/his dad did with our first family dog Winston. So all in all in our home we have 7 build a bears!!! My granddaughter has one!!! And now my SON IS NEXT ON THE LIST!!! I can not stay out of this store!!! I love it!!! Not to mention the staff at the Pembroke lakes mall Build a bear treat you like FRIEND and not a customer. It’s like you’re adopting a bear/doggy/stuffed animal and the way you’re guided to insert the bears heart is amazing!!! I love this place!!! Oh yeah and I’m 46 years old and my hubby has to literally avoid that way or if we go that way he has to keep me out the store because I will lose my mind in there!!! Whoever invented Build A Bear you changed the world for the love of stuffed animals!!! MY APOLOGIES FOR THE RAMBLE!!! Now my review is complete!!!

After that awful promotion gone wrong, I feel the company made a fair effort to make it right. With the $15 coupon, the bear deal that my child chose was even better than the original deal. However, I should note that we only spent about 20 minutes around the crazy lines and left right after we got the coupon. For the people that waited 5 hours on the heat, the deal, probably, would be much more sour than for us. Anyway, I paid 5 dollars for 20 dollars bear and my child loves it.
