  My wife and I took our brand new 2 month Olde English Bulldog in after purchasing him the same day. He was having trouble breathing and coughing to the point that he would fall down. The nurses and Doctors at St Francis Animal Hospital took us in, Ran some tests and immediately put him in a incubator so that he can get oxygen. Turns out he was diagnosed with sever case of pneumonia and needed to stay over night. One night became a month long visit. We visited every chance we got. The staff was very accommodating and would keep us updated with his progress. The doctors, although straight forward and to the point, we’re very thorough and detailed. Leaving nothing to speculation on our part. The nursing staff fell in love with Hulk and took great care of him. Fast forward, he survived his bout with pneumonia and recovered fully. Thanks to the wonderful staff and doctors there for saving our little guy!

  I was surprised by the doctors honesty, he asked me why I had gone to them despite the bad online reviews, which I had not seen... after he said that I looked online and I was a little concerned for my cat, but they were truly helpful.. Both doctors seem to genuinely care for the pets, and really know what they're talking about... price was fair.

  I took my dog in and the doctor was nice. All the test came back ok but the doctor talked to me and my husband as if we were friends. The vet techs where also very nice there was a lady that was working with brown hair and she was really nice. I will be taking my dogs here whenever I need to.

  The service here was amazing. I had to take my dog in after hours due to extreme swelling in his face. There was a very short wait and the vet clearly explained that he had an infection and how it would be treated. My dog was handled with complete respect and they outlined prices before any treatment. Surpsingly their rates were better than our regular vet. They were busy dealing with several other patients at the time but I was called to come pick him up before he was expected to be ready. The drain they installed was done well (its not my injury prone dog's first). A few days later he swelled again and we took him back in the midst of a panic. The staff checked him out and assured us that he was fine and some swelling was normal. When the drain needed to be removed we went back again since our vet was open for Limited hours. We were always treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. We value the staff taking time to fully explain our dog's condition and appreciate how quick they are to help out all patients. All the staff including the vet where amazing. We 100% recommend St Francis Emergency.

  One of our dogs ate 20+ Ibuprofen (Advil) Dr. Ridge and his fabulous staff saved our dog from kidney and liver organ failure. They are open 24/7 and charge a reasonable rate for services. This is our second emergency visit to this animal Hospital in the past 25 years. Our last visit was for one of our previous dogs that was hit by a car and we brought him to make sure nothing was broken and all internal organs were good. I would highly recommend St. Francis Animal hospital Dr. Ridge is truly a St Francis.
