Decided to go here based on the stellar reviews and convenient hours and I had a great experience! Waleska and her brother are very friendly and I am very pleased with the level of service I received. One place I called had told me it would take 2-6 weeks to get my out of state paperwork for the transfer and it merely took a week to get everything completed and get my plate at Pines Auto Tags. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

I went in seeking an out-of-state vehicle tag & title transfer and request for a newly issued Florida license plate. I had the pleasure of doing business with Ms. Waleska Ford who so kindly and graciously listened to my countless questions and addressed and answered each one in a polite and detailed manner thereby facilitating my overall process and easing my anxiety regarding a matter that was new to me and I knew nothing about. What I imagined and quite frankly assumed would be a tedious and possibly lengthy process literally took only a few hours wherein I walked out with a brand new tag and registration on the same day. In addition, the total fees for said process, including the agency fee, were surprisingly reasonable, more so in comparison to that of a number of other agencies that I contacted prior to contacting Pines Auto Tags.

In sum, Pines Auto Tags, in particular Ms. Waleska Ford, provided me with personalized, expert, quality, expedited same day services at a reasonable rate and same was done in a kind, courteous, gracious and patient manner, in a clean and peaceful place of business and with a smile.
