I've been bringing clothes to dry clean here, including military uniforms, since Sept. 2015. I've had a pair of shoes repaired as well. I've never had any of the issues described here by other customers. Sounds ghastly scary & unfortunate. I'm an extremely particular customer & pay attention to detail. It is true that most of the employees speak Spanish, which isn't surprising considering where we live. But that's not proven to be an issue for me per se. When someone doesn't speak English well, it may come across as rude because they cannot express themselves w/the same finesse. But I've never seen any of these employees be rude to customers, in English or Spanish. So those reports are surprising. I'll continue to bring my clothes here unless I have a problem in the future. Will post if I do.
Mirina is lovely and did a beautiful job shortening a formal gown for me and reworking Armani pants for my husband to give them a contemporary style. We are ready for the ball.
