THE GYM BOXING AND FITNESS

I’ve been boxing for about two at a few different gyms, and this has been the best experience so far. The workouts have been amazing. The coaches really know what they’re talking about and provide great feedback on how to improve your technique. If you join this gym, not only will you get a great workout and improve your boxing skills, you’ll also be part of a dope community of folks which makes you want to come back everyday.

(since I'm still a kid, this review is on the classes for teens) This is without a doubt the best boxing gym in south Florida. Each coach is very knowledgeable and can answer whatever question you might have about boxing, which has really helped clear up my concerns! Every class is always fun and motivating and every time I leave I feel amazing. You really feel like the coaches get to know you and you build a connection with them. Coach Dylan is always motivating and gives some great advice. 6/5 stars, probably going to come here for the rest of my life!

I was looking for a gym to train when I came back home during winter break just to keep myself active. I train for amateur boxing and this gym really helped suit my needs. The owner/coach Marty is super welcoming and very professional with his clients and helps anyone with all skill levels. The gym is open to children and adults looking to get a workout in and there are those who are seriously training for fighting. If you are looking for a gym with a good atmosphere and people to motivate you this is the right place!

This gym is exactly what I was looking for. The experience is extraordinary. Coaches will push you wisely to get the most out of you. It's fun, demanding, and you'll start noticing the changes in your body and mind right away. It will bring to your life the balance you didn't know was missing. 100% recommended.

When I first joined The Gym I was very intimidated and unsure whether I would fit in or like boxing. I have no prior knowledge of the sport or the concept of technique what-so-ever.Then, I met Marty who is an awesome coach and instructor I wish I could give ten stars because this gym is amazing. I have so much fun learning and loosing weight at the same time. In the short three weeks I have been apart of this gym the members are nice and the owner is very kind. I am excited everyday to get to class to put in work. My technique and energy levels have increased drastically. The Gym is going to help me get my sexy back and I can't wait!!!!
