“I have been going to this office since I was 16, and my grandma has been going there for the last 15 years. I understand the reviews are rough on the staff and the office as a whole, but if you could see the truth about those girls in the office they truly do everything in there power to do what they can for my grandma and even for me when I need it. Yes, just like every office in the healthcare industry they have their days(and I have been to offices that are much worse), but never once have they not done what they have to for me or my grandma. For example: my insurance didn’t cover one of my medication and Dr. Mendez gave me a few samples to hold me over until they resolved the issue. I tell all my friends and family to go see any of the doctors here because I have met them all and they are spectacular. If I ever had a problem that someone in their Pembroke Pines office can’t figure out then they call their margate and get it done. I personally have had the best experience and I highly recommend you to give them a chance. All these negative reviews are probably people that have no patience or want things done not within the time frame the office gives them! If you’re planning or looking to go here I would definitely give them a chance.”

“As a mother, it is very difficult to find a barber shop that you feel comfortable in when you take your kids to get a haircut. FIRST, let’s start by saying the haircut is always flawless! It’s hard to find a place that you get an amazing haircut AND meet the needs for your child to feel comfortable as well. Willie always goes out of his way to make my son feel comfortable! He met him outside and walked him in so he wouldn’t be scared. They made sure the music was appropriate for a child in the room. Made him laugh the entire time and here’s the best part, I was able to take my daughter to the bathroom and not have to put the toilet seat down! (P.s. it was clean!) Now where do you find all of those qualities in one place?!? Only here!!! I definitely recommend this place to all mothers that want to give your children a great haircut and not feel that awkward barbershop feeling that you’re out of place. These guys were truly amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”
