I've seen Dr Altman twice.
On my first visit he immediately recognized my skin condition, because he has the same condition. He explained what could cause a flair-up and told us a personal experience that he had that causes his condition to flair-up. There is no cure for this condition. The only thing that can be done is to alleviate the symptoms. He prescribed medication and I setup a follow up appointment.
On my follow up, he asked if the medication was helping and to continue using it.
My opinion of Dr Altman is that he is energetic, and it could be that some people may interpret that he is rushing. But in my case he was very professional and took the time to answer questions.
HOWEVER, he is getting a start deducted due to the two front desk employees. They argue and bicker between the two and are rude to the patients.
Great dermatologist and great staff. Dr Altman is very friendly and takes time to answer questions. Thankful that he is in our area!!
