I don't know why the person below is being so rude. I've been going to Arleen Richards for the past two years and she is amazing. The only time any of the nurses ask for a card is if you are new or have either changed or added anything onto your insurance. Other than this everyone is so sweet. The nurse who does the bloodwork is the only person I've ever gone to who works with my fear of needles and actively talk to me and has gotten my vein on the first try (They even had trouble doing that while I was at MEPS.) The Doctor herself will explain everything to you and will make sure you understand everything. All in all, the scheduling may take awhile due to her having many patients but other than that its worth the wait if you can, if not, an urgent care center is best.
