Der negative Unsinn, der hier teilweise geschrieben wurde, ist nicht nachzuvollziehen. Jeder, der Ahnung hat, sollte sich nur bei linkedin, die Graduates von Sheffield anschauen und welche Positionen diese heute haben.
Jeder Airman, weiß, wofür Sheffield steht. Deshalb, kann ich jedem Interessenten nur empfehlen, geht nach Sheffield, es wird Euch nicht nur beruflich weiterbringen, sondern auch charakterlich.
Sheffield ist wie die Marines, aber für Flight Dispatch: The few, the proud!
Der negative Unsinn , der hier geschrieben wurden, werde ich nicht weiter kommentieren. In Hamburg gibt es ein Sprichwort: " Manche Dinge bedürfen keiner Antwort" -, Also, geht nach Sheffield!

The negative nonsense that was partly written here is incomprehensible. Anyone with any idea should look at linkedin, Sheffield's graduates and their positions today.
Every Airman knows what Sheffield stands for. Therefore, I can only recommend to anyone interested, go to Sheffield, it will form you professionally and also positive in your character. It is like the USMC for Flight dispatch: The few, the proud!
I will not comment further on the negative nonsense written here. In Hamburg there is a saying: "Some things do not need an answer" -, So, go for Shefffield!
Wonderful school with great teachers. My experience there was both very challenging and rewarding. Don’t come here thinking you will be getting anything handed to you but you will be rewarded if you just stay on your studies. My 2 best pieces of advice are to stay for the hour after class for tutoring as much as possible to grasp all the concepts as soon as possible and the get the ADX out of the way before you even show up to the school. Anytime I ever needed anything the staff was there to be accommodating and helpful without any hesitation including the president of the school himself. I also stayed in their housing for my duration of school and it was a wonderful experience as well. You aren’t getting top of the line cook ware or tempurpedic beds but the housing has plenty of study areas and is conveniently located within walking distance to the school and grocery stores. The house I was in even had a pool and basketball court in the back yard. You aren’t going to have very much time to use it but it was a nice stress relief to take a little 20 minute shooting break in the backyard from time to time. The city of plantation is also wonderful. I would wake up and take morning runs through a community park that was pretty close too to keep my mind and body fresh. In conclusion this course is quite the animal but if you take care of yourself, eat right, sleep right, stay diligent on your studies, and work together you will be fine. If you come here thinking you are going to get everything handed to you and it’s going to be easy you will most likely fail. Get in, get after it, and get it done. I was the type of student who barley passed high school but was able to maintain an A in this course.
All whatever is being said negative regarding the school, do ot believe...
There is no American bias...believe me...its a school for the hard worker and people who want and have the appetite for studies....if you want to make it..you can...i know the ADX exam...its a side-kick here since anyways its nothing big ....the actual exam at Sheffield is the one you give every week about 8-9 exams in all where you are graded ...that is where you need to excel and believe me that is when you will realize what you are made of...can you be a real dispatcher??? Pass that and then shut up everyones mouth...Guides there ..including the teachers are fantastic...ya many people cant cope with the pressure and expectation , believe me its not lots...try your best... you will pass it ...I am grateful I went there ..and will never regret it...only thing being a non-American I have not been able to find a perfect dispatcher job yet in my country or elsewhere...
