  The folks here were absolutely wonderful. We are out of towners yet they accepted our insurance without any trouble. I had a cold that ended up in my lungs a week later, concerned it turned into pneumonia I went to this urgent care. We arrive about an hour after open and ended up waiting almost 2 hrs. which was unusual apparently, we simply choose a busy day. Patience on our part paid off, they were through and caring, we are grateful for such good care.

  I've been to this Concentra location at least three times before. Every time I walk through the door I am immediately greeted by whoever is working the front desk. The staff is really nice and is willing to go the extra step to make your visit more enjoyable.

  Front desk staff extremely efficient, patient - paperwork Not endlessly long, Quickly in to see Dr., who was completely focused/streamlined so that front to back I wasn't there a long time at all. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and efficiency.

  The staff here are extremely friendly, pleasant, helpful, caring and professional. The wait time here is not long. The doctors are friendly. The physical therapists are amazing!! I would recommend this establishment.
